Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used or if the time period specified above has elapsed.

 Please note that returns or exchanges may not be possible in the following cases.


  • If you have lost your delivery note or other documents that serve as proof of purchase or warranty
  • Products with signs of use, such as damage, stains, or odors

  • If the tag is missing or damaged
  • If the product is missing any accessories such as box, cloth bag package, novelty items, etc.

  • When the condition of the product you wish to return or exchange is different from that of the original delivery.

  • When the product is a special sale item, limited edition item, pre-order item, or ordered item.


* We will determine whether an exchange or refund is applicable when you contact us or after you return the product to us. Please note that in some cases, exchanges or refunds may not be applicable.

If we determine that an exchange or refund is not applicable after receiving back the wrong item or initially defective item, we may return the item to you at our shipping cost. Please understand this in advance.


Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs for the initial shipment of the product.



Return shipping charges: If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping charges; if the return/exchange is for the customer's own reason, the customer will cover the shipping charges. Please note that we will not refund the shipping cost of the original shipment.



European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
