Shipping policy
[Shipping within Japan]
Regularly-sold items are shipped within 1 to 4 business days of order confirmation. However, delivery time may vary depending on the time of year (e.g., when orders are concentrated). Shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser. Products are sent by Yamato Takkyubin. Shipping costs 2,090 yen (including tax) to Okinawa and remote islands, and 814 yen (including tax) to other areas.
[Shipping outside Japan]
For regular sales items, we will ship within 1-5 business days after order confirmation. However, delivery time may vary depending on the time of year. We will send your order by Express Mail Service (EMS) or DHL.
If you refuse delivery, or if your order is returned to us due to your absence, you will be charged for the shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or trouble after shipment.
We are not responsible for any delay or stoppage of your order due to conditions that may affect our shipping or delivery service (weather effects, pandemics, natural disasters, local conditions, etc.).
Shipping charges do not include customs duty. You may be required to pay additional customs duties when your package clears customs in the receiving country. These taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact the customs office of the recipient's country for information on taxes and customs fees.
Please note that the calculation of customs duties is based on the price before any discount with points or coupons. Therefore, the amount on our invoices will be shown before any discounts are applied.
Shipping charges do not include customs duties.
Please note that customs duties are separate from shipping charges and are paid at the time of customs clearance.
[Refusal of receipt, long-term absence, and incomplete address]
In the event that a purchased product is returned to the Company after its storage period at the shipping company has expired due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or incomplete address, etc., the Company will store the product for one month after shipment (however, a different period may be set for each individual product).
Please be sure to contact us from the Contact page on the website within the period.
The delivery charge for redelivery is the responsibility of the customer, so please follow the instructions provided by the Company.
Please note that if you do not respond to our instructions or refuse to receive your order, we will not be able to refund your money.
After the storage period has elapsed, we may deem that there is no intention to receive the products already purchased, and that the order for such products has been cancelled at our discretion.

- Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, road traffic conditions at the time of delivery, delivery conditions of delivery companies, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week holidays, etc.
- Delivery may be delayed if we need to confirm the contents of your order.
- In principle, we do not accept delivery date and time requests.
- If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery and your order has exceeded the shipping company's storage period and is returned to us, you will be charged for the return shipping fee and any additional shipping costs incurred.
- If you wish to change the delivery address of an order that has already been prepared for shipment, please contact the delivery company after the order has been shipped.
- Please note that we cannot compensate for any inconvenience caused by the contents of the shipping address settings.
